The gunsmith forges, drills, assembles the barrels, then machines the stock (hooks which will fit into the action). After making the connection with the guns, he designed the stock and the forend in wood and refined the adjustments. Finally, he ensures the decoration after drawings and tracings.
Training as a CFC armorer is acquired through an apprenticeship in one of the following school education profiles: Basic (profile B), Expanded (profile E). Duration 4 years. Improvements are possible.
