The Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship is an international non-profit organisation that celebrates and preserves master craftsmanship and strengthens its connection to the world of design. We want to help people rediscover the ability of the human hand to create, and support those doing it best: the exceptional contemporary European master artisans using long-held traditions, skills and knowledge to make beautiful objects of lasting value. We are named after a beacon in this field, Michelangelo, a visionary artist and master artisan who embodied both creativity and craftsmanship at the very highest level of excellence.

L'Artisanà is the communication brand of IVAT, the Valdostan Institute of Traditional Crafts.
The term L'Artisanà derives from the name historically used by the Aosta Valley artisans to designate the shop in the centre of Aosta. The strength of this identity gave rise to the L'Artisanà brand, which claims "the future of traditions" and is committed every day to promoting Aosta Valley craftsmanship, the fruit of centuries-old know-how, bearer of material and immaterial knowledge, preserving the liveliness and uniqueness that characterise it.
L'Artisanà is made up of two distinct sections: the cultural section, to which the MAV and MAIN museums belong, and the craft business development section, which manages four shops, several corners, online sales and a business consultancy service.

It is managed in collaboration and with the support of the cantonal cultural services.
Humility and transmission. These are the values that drive the master craftsmen of the Maison Vacheron Constantin. They are engravers, enamellers, guilloche-makers, gem-setters, watchmakers and jewellers, each possessing a rare talent that they pass on like a relay. The final result depends on the work of each of them, and their perfect technical mastery gives rise to an elusive emotion. They possess a talent that no machine can ever replace. They are the artists of time.
Passed down from generation to generation, their know-how has been perpetuated within the Maison since 1755. Telling extraordinary stories and offering an artistic vision of time: these are the feats that our Maîtres d'Art take on.
