Criteria for entry into the crafts directory

• The artisan transforms the material, with or without a machine.
  
• There is aesthetic intention.
  
• The know-how is mastered (excellence of the craftsman in his field). The craftsman has extensive experience in his profession and perfect knowledge and mastery of techniques and materials.
  
• The craftsperson, whether self-employed, employed, or employed, practices their profession professionally and as their main activity. If it is a rare profession, it may be a secondary activity.
  
• The craftsperson has official recognition (diploma, certificate, etc.) or recognition by their peers, through prizes or by the press.
  
• The craftsperson exercises one of the professions on the reference list of craftspersons (see ASMA website).
