The monograph "Coloured Glass Worlds" is published on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Atelier Halter, Bern. The work, created over three generations, is documented in its historical development using selected examples and color photographs. Halter’s work is also viewed and located in the context of the developments in European glass painting and glass art. The handicraft is clearly explained step by step. In a detailed interview, Martin Halter describes his own work and also highlights the works of his father and grandfather. The book offers a multifaceted insight into an extraordinary handicraft and a piece of Bernese cultural history.
