About
Born in France, Danielle Adjoubel trained in the workshops of the Manufacture nationale de Sèvres museum and at the GRETA des Arts appliqués in Paris. She then worked for many years with a famous master ceramist to whom she owes her professionalism. In 2003, she opened her own workshop in Paris before moving to Switzerland.
In her workshop dedicated to manual work, Danielle Adjoubel creates pieces shaped on the wheel or calibrated in molds. She prepares the pigments according to very precise recipes and draws her inspiration from her Franco-Turkish cultural heritage, depending on the sensitivity of the moment. She approaches all styles, modern or ancient, with a penchant for oriental decorations.
