About

The tandem Yannick Bulloni and Eric Schneuwly, an architect and radio-electrician by training, founded the ylune workshop in 2009. From design to completion, everything is developed by four hands. At the center of their creative approach, the tube becomes a colored or monochrome lampshade and is available in different materials (paper, plastic, plants). Placed or suspended, their lights are thought out and assembled with care to color people’s lives.

Yannick Bulloni and Eric Schneuwly offer a meeting-presentation around their tubular lights. With the help of illustrated panels and different materials, they will explain their approach to you, as well as the multiple stages necessary for the development of their luminous works. Demonstrations around different materials will test subtle plays of light. Inspired by the constraints encountered in their professional practice, or simply by life, they continuously improve and enrich their production. Their latest line of pineapple fiber shades is a great illustration of this.

Coming to meet Yannick Bulloni and Eric Schneuwly is experiencing their passion for light and its shaping. Above all, it means taking advantage of the opportunity to talk with them about the meticulous process of creating lighting fixtures.
