In 1976, Nicole Chevalley decided to train as a cabinetmaker. After working as a professional rider, she resumed her original job. She created her own workshop in 1985, then obtained her federal diploma of Master Cabinetmaker. In 2007, she completed her training as a furniture restorer at the Boulle school in Paris.

The specificity of Nicole Chevalley’s workshop, in addition to restoring furniture and woodwork, is to use various materials and mix old and contemporary techniques for the realization of various projects.
