About
Bobbin lace is a fascinating technique of crossed threads that serves as a basis for the creation and development of a wide variety of objects... "simply lace". An encounter with a lacemaker at a very young age impressed Margrit Dällenbach so much that she wanted to learn this exciting and challenging craft herself. In 2004, she embarked on the adventure of bobbin lace. Encouraged by an excellent teacher, she familiarized herself with the various traditional techniques.
Later, she sought to translate this ancient craft into new creative dimensions. Today, she passionately designs and creates her own contemporary objects. Thanks to her training as a teacher and professor of bobbin lace, Margrit Dällenbach can pass on her knowledge and know-how by organizing courses for beginners and advanced students. This mission is enriching, exciting and stimulating for her.
