Eric-James Favre-Bulle opened his workshop in 1980, Atelier Saint-Dismas, patron saint of thieves, second-hand goods dealers and… art restorers. Its team works in many historical monuments in the cantons of Vaud, Valais and Geneva. Author of several works on restoration, he was vice-president of the European Confederation of Conservator-Restorers’ Organisations.
Eric-James Favre-Bulle’s studio works on works painted on different supports: wall paintings and canvases, altarpieces, sculptures, paneling, painted ceilings, bas-reliefs, consoles, facades or architectural elements. Its main references include the castles of Aigle, Chillon, Nyon, Vidy, Yverdon-les-Bains, La Gordanne in Perroy, the cathedral of Lausanne, the minor basilica of Valère in Sion and the abbey church of Romainmôtier. .
