I studied at the Cremona violin making school. I went there in 1981 and I obtained the classical luthier diploma in 1984. As a young luthier I worked for several years. There I learned, deepened and developed the art of structural restoration and above all the art of fine-tuning, in particular the sound of ancient instruments. I also got practiced in the ordinary maintenance of every type of stringed instrument, from the simple study instrument to the more precious Stradivari. I have my own violin making workshop, in via Moncucco 19.
