80 potters in the tulips

In this extraordinary park on the edge of the lake, in an atmosphere of tranquility, the Alps on the horizon, century-old trees stand alongside thousands of flowers and tulips celebrate us.

Over the course of a spring weekend, 80 potters showcase their work. Whether sculptural, utilitarian, or decorative, the artisans explore a wide variety of techniques and shapes, all derived from the same material: clay. The expressions are multiple, always unique. Pieces that are sometimes very raw, with traces of the firing flames still visible, sometimes delicate, full of finesse, with colors and crystals filling the eyes, pieces that are sometimes sober and essential in their forms, sometimes full of humor…

It is a joy to meet up and exchange ideas with ceramists and other enthusiasts, and also a joy to be expected, year after year, in the sun, rain or storm, by such a loyal public.
