In the contemporary collective imagination, the craftsman is a professional of know-how with years of experience behind him. With the Venti Quaranta project, OmA looks to the future of the profession starting from young people.

With an online section also with a focus on dedicated events, the Observatory reviews, selects, gives visibility and a voice to young people entering artistic craftsmanship. Without forgetting makers and designers, and all those hybrid forms of know-how professionals who create unique pieces today thanks to the use of new technologies.

Every year OmA launches a contest dedicated to young people enrolled in the Venti>Quaranta project.
