Geneva - Vacheron Constantin, a demonstration of expertise

During the recent Watches & Wonders digital 2020, Vacheron Constantin presented a wide range of novelties, some truly exceptional in the Les Cabinotiers universe. Initially reserved for special orders, the Les Cabinotiers department created in 2015 has expanded its activities over the years to also create on its own initiative some of the most complex timepieces in contemporary watchmaking when they do not honor the splendor of craftsmanship. This year’s pieces fall into two categories: a hymn to artistic crafts for the four Les Oiseaux Chanteurs watches with dials in miniature paint and champlevé enamel, and mechanical consecration for the unique "Ode à la musique" and "Time". The first houses 19 functions driven by 600 components, while the second displays 24 complications implemented by 1,163 components, making it the most complex wristwatch ever to emerge from the workshops of the Geneva Manufacture.
