Laurent Barotte is the winner of the prestigious Gaïa Prize

Laurent Barotte, a clockmaker from the Jura who appears in our repertoire, won the prestigious Prix Gaïa in the Craftsmanship & creation category. This prize, awarded by the International Watchmaking Museum and the City of La Chaux-de-Fonds, is considered the Nobel Prize for watchmaking.
