Sainte-Croix launches a training course to perpetuate its craftsmanship

Anxious to preserve and pass on a unique heritage, craftsmen François Junod, Nicolas Court and Denis Flageollet offer training in art mechanics.

Supported by the Municipality, the Association for the Development of the North of Vaud and the Department of Economic Promotion and Trade, this training will not lead to obtaining an officially recognized diploma. "But people in the business will know how to appreciate its value", assures Robert Martin, administrative manager. The implementation of the project is part of the measures taken by Sainte-Croix to support its request for inclusion in the cultural and intangible heritage of Unesco.
