Studen - New publication on the Roman colony of Studen-Petinesca

From 1985 to 1992, the Archaeological Service of the Canton of Bern carried out major preventive excavations at Studen-Petinesca. Triggered by the exploitation of a gravel pit, they will lead to the exhumation of an entire district of this Roman agglomeration established at a place called Vorderberg. The final publication will be presented to the public on Wednesday, January 22, 2020.
