Thierry Hogan, Deputy Secretary General of the Department of Education, Youth and Culture of the Canton of Vaud, is Frank Matter’s guest for the European Days of Crafts. These days take place from March 27 to 29, 2015 and aim to promote the know-how developed over the centuries in the design, creation, maintenance and restoration of handicrafts. They also aim to make the new generation want to keep this knowledge alive.
