The craftsman in residence - Chris Murner, leather craftsman in Carouge

In his workshop L’Antre-Peaux, Chris Murner offers a world tour in bags. With her expert hand, she makes her bags and accessories from design to finish. She likes to integrate unexpected materials into her creations such as wood or ceramics and to offer innovative shapes and volumes. Having at heart to transmit its know-how, it trains apprentices.

From Tuesday July 21 to Sunday July 26, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Chris Murner will reveal the manufacturing secrets of his MCBA collection on sale at the museum shop. While drawing inspiration from the “Bauhaus” spirit, it reuses PLATEFORME 10 work tarpaulins to create a complete and original range of art leather goods.
