The former Charterhouse of La Lance, which houses an intact 14th century cloister, is an exceptional historic monument and an agricultural and wine-growing estate. It is located on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel in the canton of Vaud between Yverdon-les-Bains and Neuchâtel and is distinguished by its calm and its radiance.

The tenants have been renting out part of the gardens and a large hall for weddings for the past twenty years and are now seeking to occupy the place in a way that would less harm the serenity of the former charterhouse and its inhabitants. Several craftsmen are sought to join these places and help to make them live as best as possible. The rents are totally reinjected for the maintenance of the place.
