Vaud - Craftsmen fill up

24 hours, April 22, 2018

The European Days of Crafts (JEMA) attracted nearly 13,000 visitors from 20 to 22 April. This year, the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Jura and, for the first time, Valais and Ticino took part. Some 200 places allowed the public to interact with 350 craftsmen and apprentices. The Days were placed this year under the sign of transmission. Combining activities between traditional know-how and new technologies, this edition wanted to create triggers and arouse vocations for professions that have been able to reinvent themselves by perpetuating themselves.
