Vaud – Meetings with schools & craftsmen

In collaboration with Culture-Ecole, the Journées des Métiers d’Art Vaud offer for the third time the possibility for classes from 9S to 11S and post-compulsory to meet Vaud craftsmen in their studio from January to June 2019

Goals

• Understand how a profession is exercised (the professional reality).
• Understand the complexity of the art profession today and the values embodied.

What schools benefit from:

• The meeting with a craftsman and a discussion on his profession, his know-how, the choice of his profession.
• The discovery of his workplace, his tools, his materials.
• Its objects in progress and/or finished.
• A demonstration.
