Mosaic

The mosaicist cuts and assembles tesserae in glass paste, marble, sandstone, etc. He fixes them on the support using a binder. The cutting and the colors create a design and a rhythm. We distinguish the pavement mosaic (floors, basins, etc.) from the wall mosaic.
