Textile finishers

The textile finisher gives the fabrics their colors, their appearance and certain usage properties. He whitens the raw material, dyes it with dyes or pigments of plant origin, prints it with all types of decorations and finishes it to give moiré, glossy, embossed or satin effects.

Training as a textile technologist is acquired through an apprenticeship in one of the following orientations: Production, Finishing, Cable Production and Technology, Mechatronics or Creation. Duration 3 years. Improvements are possible.
