Irene Bernegger works as an independent ceramic designer, mainly in the field of applied arts. Her products are characterized by a sensually fragile material and reduced forms. Form and content are reflected in the surface design and give the objects their special expression.
Alexandra Mollet works mainly with stoneware clay and finds harmonious shapes by rotating on the disc. Colorful glazes expand her design with selected natural materials. She seeks total imperfection in her works.
In 2022, they moved together into a new studio in Breitenrain, Bern, which is both an oasis and a creative space for both artists. This is where they thrive in creation, developing and realizing their ceramic projects with great passion.
