Behind the Glaslabor label hides a small fine glass workshop in Stadtbach, near the city center. Rahel Koller has been developing laboratory glass products there since 2015. As a glassblower of training devices, she experiments and works mainly with borosilicate glass, which is mainly used for the production of laboratory glassware.

Inspired by the radical functionality of these laboratory devices, she designs and produces functional objects in her workshop with a reduced and direct design language. Each piece is carefully handcrafted with great attention to detail. In addition to her own products such as Radix glasses, pitchers, carafes and drinking glasses, Rahel Koller also produces one-off productions and small series on request. Examples of this are prototypes in the field of design, art projects, glass parts for lamps or simply a cheese cover.
