For me, life is a set of experiences that evolve hand in hand with human beings. My passions for art, for the sea and for gastronomy connect me to a sensitivity, to everything that concerns nature and its inhabitants.

A friend once said to me, “If I had to use one Latin expression to describe you, it would be Homo Faber.” I remember that when I consulted the dictionary, I found this corresponding meaning: man as an architect, capable of creating, building, transforming the environment and the reality in which he lives.
