About
Although the son of a cabinetmaker, nothing destined Denis Droz to make bows. After a career in air traffic control, he caught the archery virus in 2007. And it was while buying a homemade bow that he met François Merlin. The idea of training in bow making appeared, then that of a collaboration and, one thing leading to another, that of taking over the workshop.
In October 2010, Denis Droz took over the workshop on his own and has since developed his own production at the rate of 2 to 3 bows per month intended for so-called instinctive shooting (without a sight) which is generally practiced in the forest but also indoors or on archery places. Both wood, bamboo and modern fibers such as glass or carbon are used for the manufacture of bows.
