Born in Zurich, Pierre Fuhrer discovered piano making by chance. Throughout his apprenticeship, his master transmitted to him both the passion for this instrument and the secrets of the trade. Arrived in Geneva, he worked for 30 years for a music store before setting up on his own in 1998. Today, Pianos-service has 8 employees who work for private individuals and institutions.

Pierre Fuhrer has more than one string to his bow: he tunes pianos, restores old ones, prepares and rents them for concerts and festivals. He also offers his own brand of piano developed thanks to his know-how. He collaborates with the greatest pianists of our time to offer them tailor-made pianos that allow them to express all musical intentions.
