During her training, Florane Gindroz Iseli did internships in museums and independent workshops. She then worked for nine years at the restoration department of the Geneva Library before opening her studio in 2016. Anxious to support projects in the field of conservation and maintain an active professional network, she is a member of various associations.

In her Atelier pour le papier, Florane Gindroz Iseli preserves and restores books, archival documents, drawings and prints. She also experiments with larger formats such as wallpaper or even photographic supports. In addition, it offers advice and various continuing education courses for paper professionals.
