Authorized art restorer of historical monuments, Aurore Granet has 13 years of experience in the restoration of paintings and works of art. She also works as an art framer. Each framing of paintings or paper works is personalized according to the tastes and desires of the clients with the most up-to-date conservation materials. Created in 1944, the workshop is the oldest in the canton of Vaud in art framing.

Since 2014, Aurore Granet has opened her own Art de l’Aurore workshop in the heart of Lausanne, taking over the framing activities of Béguin Encadrement. The workshop provides restoration and framing work as well as expert appraisals of paintings, engravings, lithographs, statues, ceramics, glass paste, etc. Aurore Granet also gives introductory courses in restoration. She works for institutional and private clients, collectors and art dealers in Switzerland and abroad. She is also responsible for the personalization of Louis Vuitton trunks for Switzerland and part of Europe.
