Stone-cutting artisans for over 45 years, Daniel Lachat, as well as his teams, put their passion and ancestral know-how at the service of your building, taking into account the technical and economic constraints available.

Maintenance, restoration and renovation require a solid knowledge of materials, how to treat them and implement them. It also requires great sensitivity and a lot of humility to manage the most minimalist solution possible in order to preserve as much of the original material and the character of the object as possible.

Unfortunately, it also happens that certain parts of a building must be completely replaced because they are too degraded. In this case, the Lachat & Fils company seeks by all means to find the original molding, the stone most similar in terms of texture and color and which ensures good longevity to the whole.

The company makes a point of ensuring succession by regularly training apprentices.
