François Schneider was born in 1953 in Héricourt, France. Technically, socially and self-taught in ceramics, he completed numerous internships in Switzerland and abroad. He has been interested in ceramics since 1974 and in 1980 created a workshop at his home.

François Schneider’s workshop benefits from a beautiful creative space facing the lake in the magnificent residence of La Prize. The sculptures are obtained by diversion of molded and modeled objects.
