About
Senol Tatli was born in 1984. He completed training as a precision mechanic and machine designer in 1989. He then trained at the Zurich School of Art and Design. As working on paper, cutting paper and creating on paper are not on the program, he decides to train himself in it as an autodidact. Later, he perfected his know-how during various workshops given at the Zurich University of Art.
Senol Tatli handles scalpels and knives with finesse and precision to create his unique works. He likes to integrate traditional oriental elements and creates delicate and meticulous objects. He participates in numerous exhibitions both in Switzerland and internationally, particularly in China.
