Awarded each year by the Ateliers d’art de France, the Prix de la Jeune Création Métiers d’Art reveals a new generation of creators, selected on criteria of artistic quality and advanced mastery of know-how. Reserved for craftsmen aged 35 and under, it strives to highlight the full diversity of the sector. Textile craftsman, jeweler, ceramist, glassmaker, cabinetmaker, modeler… are all trades that can be represented in their artistic and technical dimension.
For the 2017 edition, 3 winners with universes as surprising as they are elegant were distinguished: Marie Masson, designer of contemporary jewelry; Maxime Leroy, feather worker; Antonin Mongin, textile hair finisher, serigrapher and weaver .
