Lausanne: Chromatic - Spotlight on the colors of the mudac’s contemporary glass art collection

Colored selection in the glass art collection - From 29.06.2016 to 24.09.2017

The Chromatic exhibition explores the world of color from three different angles: scientific, sensory and playful. Scientific through familiarization with glass coloring techniques but also through highlighting the role of vision in color perception. Sensory because it is by taking inspiration from the chromatic circle of the Swiss theoretician Johannes Itten for the presentation of the works that this aspect can be experienced. Finally, as each artistic encounter should take place through pleasure and humour, a fun sector is part of the exhibition.
