Marc Froger

Cossonay

« I pay particular attention to conservation. In 37 years of practice, I have developed many techniques to save materials, patinas and engravings. »

About

Born in 1959, Marc Froger trained in cabinetmaking in France before working in several prestigious workshops in Paris. His specialty is the restoration of 18th century inlaid furniture. In 1982, he participated in the development of the first patent filed in the field of furniture restoration. He has been independent since 1990.

« The inlaid furniture that I saw at my father’s, himself a cabinetmaker and merchant, has always fascinated me. Basically, I have always been immersed in marquetry. »
