Audrey Guyot
Restorer of art objects
Lausanne

« I like restoring ceramics: each piece has its own problem, its own challenge to overcome. »

About

Passionate about the history of art and manual work, Audrey Guyot is training in the conservation and restoration of heritage. She perfected her training in different workshops, museums and institutes in France and abroad before opening her workshop in Paris in 2014. In 2023, she opened a new space in Lausanne.

« Each object brings with it its experience - personal or historical - and allows me to enrich myself in many areas. »

Using glue, brushes and paints, Audrey Guyot patiently and meticulously restores damaged works. Concerned about preserving their authenticity, she applies the principles of reversibility and safety to her restorations. Antique dealers, collectors, museums and individuals call on its know-how to restore all types of ceramics: porcelain, earthenware, stoneware or even enamel.
