About

Marie-Prune Reymond Yoshikawa discovered ceramics during an exchange in Australia. At the age of 24, she left for Asia, notably for Japan, where she perfected her know-how with master ceramists. Nathalie Baumeler started out in fine arts before turning to ceramics. Now the mother of four children, she combines calligraphy, drawing and ceramics.

In October 2019, Marie-Prune Reymond Yoshikawa and Nathalie Baumeler, who were roommates during their training in Vevey, founded the workshop Les pieds dans le plat. In this space, they organize exhibitions, workshops and introductions to ceramics for young and old and offer their personal work for sale.
