About
Stéphanie Oberson began studying interior architecture at the Dubois school, but very quickly the appeal of the material was felt, the need to confront the field and concretize her knowledge. She then began a four-year apprenticeship and became an interior decorator. She supports a contemporary and ethical approach to the profession, and works with all materials, both fabrics and their immense variety and wood. In search of the natural and the authentic, she ensures the coherence between all the materials of a creation or a restoration.
Stéphanie Oberson’s studio is a warm space where the walls act as a moodboard adorned with some of her creations, collections of fabrics, colors. It is located within a collective space of artists and craftsmen, allowing a fertile creative emulation and a sharing of know-how. His love for art restoration allows him to put a wise eye on the creations and repairs of contemporary furniture. She then combines a contemporary world with an ancestral art in a fusion of ethical and current fabrics, modern and eco-responsible materials on recent or more classic shapes when a client wishes to give new life to a piece of furniture.
