Originally from Chesapeake Bay, the largest estuary in the United States, Gabrielle Rogers was immersed throughout her youth in the naval environment. After studying at the Beaux-Arts, she worked for a painter in letters. Chance, during a cruise, made him discover the ancestral art among sailors of bottling ship models.

« Pivots from old watches, pieces of metal coat hangers, bamboo skewers… Anything tiny can be useful to me. »

Gabrielle Rogers models all kinds of boats, sailboats, motor yachts, even the Jaws canoe with its shark. It handles many orders, such as that of this businessman who wanted the model of his sixty-meter yacht represented in a bottle. Gabrielle Rogers is a member of the Boats in Bottles Association, France.
