The international jury of the GPHG, made up of around thirty experts with varied skills, decides in two rounds of voting, by secret ballot, in complete independence and in the presence of a notary. The liberty of the jury salutes the creative audacity, the technical and artistic genius, the passion and the know-how, which have been at the source of the vitality of the watchmaking art for centuries.

The winners will be announced on Thursday, November 7, 2019 during the 19th GPHG awards ceremony, which will take place at the Théâtre du Léman in Geneva. The master of ceremonies will once again be actor and director Edouard Baer and the evening will be broadcast live on gphg.org and by its media partners. In the meantime, the 84 pre-selected watches take part in the traveling exhibition around the world, which allows a cosmopolitan public to discover the most remarkable recent watchmaking creations.
