Our artisans have talent: in Martigny-Bourg, Carine Crettenand sees the world with flowers

With her associate, the florist manages a workshop-boutique in Martigny-Bourg, where she likes to create from elements harvested in nature, letting her inspiration follow the rhythm of the seasons.

By visiting the backstage of Kanouche Atelier Végétal, in the rue de Martigny-Bourg, we quickly understand that the place is not a conventional flower shop. At the back of the store, Carine Crettenand likes to indulge in the most diverse creations. She manages this workshop-boutique with her longtime partner, Chantal Morand, also a florist.

"I always try to work with the most local flowers possible and with elements of nature, without adding too many artifices", says the artisan florist. “We collect a lot of material from nature, like lichen, moss, dry leaves or fresh leaves.”
