Quitterie Ithurbide, ceramist in Lausanne (VD), presents his profession from his studio

“I started by putting in volume characters taken from paintings that I liked. I felt like I brought them to life. »

Quitterie Ithurbide was admitted to the Beaux-arts de Paris at the age of 18. After training in film sets, she developed a project of relief painting interpretations for the blind. Since then, the Geneva Museum of Art and History has regularly commissioned bas-reliefs from him in order to show part of its collection through touch. She exhibits regularly in Switzerland and abroad.
