Porcelainier

The porcelain maker uses a white paste composed of kaolin, quartz and feldspar. The white shard becomes hard and translucent after cooking. At 900° C, we obtain the detourdi which is enameled before a second firing at 1,400° C. The third (between 800 and 850° C) allows the decoration to be fixed.
