About
Born in 1949, Marc-Antoine Reymond obtained his CFC as a ceramist in 1969 then worked in the center of the ceramic technical industry in Kassel, Germany, where he studied at the School of Fine Arts. He became independent in 1975 and has worked with his wife Dominique since 1987. He creates decorative panels for Nestlé in Orbe, the pulpit and the baptismal font of the Saint Prothais church in Saint-Prex.
At the beginning of the 1980s, the meeting with Frédy Girardet guided the work of the Reymond duo who, since then, have furnished the greatest tables in French-speaking Switzerland: Philippe Chevrier, Jean-Michel Colin, Carlo Crisci, Philippe Guignard, Claude Joseph, La table de Mary , Roland Pierroz, Gerard Rabaey. For them, porcelain is part of the image of our country. They also develop objects with young designers from ECAL.
