Coming from the Technical School of the Vallée de Joux in 1994 where he was trained "the old way" in fine jewelry and gemology, Grégoire Maret, upon obtaining his diploma at 19, started his own business. and has since developed his own artistic approach.

His art is first and foremost a passion that requires empirical know-how, the constraints of which must be perfectly mastered in order to leave room for creation. This same creativity which is nourished by the enrichment of encounters, the beauty of nature, fine stones and minerals and of which he explores the infinity of artistic and technical possibilities in an independent spirit in order to reveal the symbolism of the jewel. .

In 2018, Grégoire Maret launched PIERRE d’ALEXIS, a Swiss brand of unique jewelry that is part of the continuity of a family business whose essential values of originality, quality, authenticity and associated ethics to Swiss know-how highlights an original style in the world of contemporary fine jewelry.

Over the past two years, PIERRE d’ALEXIS has exhibited at GEMGenève and London.
