About
The world of theatre intrigued Adrien Moretti from a very young age, leading him to enroll at the Vevey School of Applied Arts, where he studied set design, a course he completed with a year-long internship at the Grand Théâtre de Genève. He then began his career by opening his own scenography and set production workshop in Lausanne before founding the MIDI XIII workshop in Vevey in 2002.
Throughout his theatrical productions, Adrien Moretti has regularly explored new horizons: for ten years he designed the sets for the Montreux Jazz Festival, and he participated in the Fête des Vignerons (Winegrowers' Festival) for both the 1999 and 2019 editions as workshop leader. He is also involved in other fields such as museum design, dance, opera, and contemporary art.
