From an early age, Jean-Louis Remy has been very manual. Curious, he discovered many fields on his own and opened his cutlery workshop in 1995 at Les Verrières. Touching on leather, wood, marquetry and forging, the name of his workshop CuirFerOs is all found!

The CuirFerOs workshop is full of tools and many materials. From the forge to the finishing of the blade, Jean-Louis Remy makes his knives entirely there and perpetuates very old know-how. He shapes castings and creates wooden or leather cases to protect them.
