13th Biennial of Arts and Crafts in Valais

At the Salle Polyvalente de Salvan from 11 to 13 November 2022

Organized for the first time in 1997, the Biennale des Métiers d’Art et d’Artisanat du Valais is part of an approach of openness and contemporaneity designed by the will of Valais artists and craftsmen, eager to transmit their know-how and to convey a professional and innovative image of their creativity.

A space for discovery and sharing, the Biennial has now established itself as an unmissable event for arts and crafts in the region, bringing together nearly 30 exhibitors active in wood, glass, paper, clay, stone, textile, plant, metal or paint. A unique and promising synergy promoting the development of creativity and goodwill among a wide audience.

With a view to promoting the modern and contemporary aspect of arts and crafts in Valais, the event takes place in places of character and out of the ordinary, favoring an atypical atmosphere which offers a charismatic dimension to the event. A particularity generally highlighted under the emblem of a theme linked to the place of the event.
